Cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your property sale or purchase, you must notify us in writing within 3 business days of signing the purchase or rent agreement. After that period, the purchase agreement becomes binding, and cancellation may incur a penalty.
Refunds:
If the cancellation is within the 3 business day grace period, we will refund your full deposit minus a 5% processing fee. If the cancellation is after the 3-day grace period, we will deduct any costs incurred by the company in file processing, purchase agreement, marketing, and reselling the property and refund the balance amount to you.
Change of Mind:
If you change your mind about the property purchase after the grace period, we do not offer refunds. However, we may consider transferring the deposit to another property listed on our website at our discretion.
Final Sale:
Once the property sale is final, there are no refunds or cancellations, and the purchase agreement is binding.
Refund Disclaimer:
The refund is subject to the availability of funds in our deposit, and it may take time depending upon the bank holidays or other financial factors.
In the event that you are unable to complete the purchase due to financing issues or any other reason, we will retain the deposit and release the property back on the market for sale. However, we may consider a refund of a portion of the deposit at our discretion.
